Tonya Rosier is a passionate naturalist and humanitarian with a doctorate in women´s and natural health. From Zanzibar to Zermatt and many places in-between, she’s led her own spiritual journey through a 20-year yoga and meditation practice. She is a master yoga instructor with training in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, pilates and pranayama breathwork.
Living an authentic alpine life, she has a deep and joyful connection with nature she fun and unique nature hikes. and practices forest bathing and walking meditation. Under the watchful eye of the Matterhorn, she leads group and private walks and outdoor yoga in the beautiful Zermatt landscape. She humbly shares her passion, joy, experiences and wisdom.
As a mountaineer and hiker, Tonya has climbed the Matterhorn and over twenty 4000+ meter peaks. Summer and winter, she continues her journey throughout Switzerland cooking and studying alpine foods, cheese and herbs. She holds wild fermentations and alpine cuisine workshops.
